The room was comfy with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and free toiletries. Everything was clean and well maintained. Loved the slippers and pajamas! The spa facilities were a nice touch. Very quiet at night, perfect for resting after a busy day. Lots to explore nearby, and the staff helped with bags without any issue.

the location is super convenient, just a short walk to hamamatsucho station, so catchin trains to haneda is a breeze. staff were really polite and attentive, even helped with our bags before check-in. the room was quiet and comfortable, perfect for a one night stay before our flight. also, lots of food options nearby! even found some yummy shortbread biscuits in the lobby.
